About Debra

After studying nursing at York Regional School of Nursing in Toronto, Debra worked for several years with seniors in nursing homes. Following a 10 year sabbatical during which she spent time at home with her two children she returned to the medical field as a pharmaceutical sales rep calling on doctors, pharmacists, clinics and other health care professionals. When she lost both her husband and Mother to smoking related diseases in 2002 she decided to take a more active role in helping people attain a healthier lifestyle through a more holistic approach to addiction and pain management.

After an intensive course of study in low level laser therapy at the Matrix Institute of Therapeutic Systems she opened the London Laser Health Care Centre Inc. and followed that three years later with The London Laser Training Institute. She has continued her education receiving certificates in Addiction study, Womens Health, Obesity and Menopause, Metabolic Syndrome and Drug Nutrient Depletion, Weight Management and more. She has written several textbooks including a basic primer on Laser and Laser Therapy, Pain Management and a successful Weight Loss Program.

In 2010 Debra received certification in hypnotherapy with special focus on addictions and pain management.

In 2017, Debra saw a need for a dedicated tattoo removal clinic and in partnership with the Toronto clinic opened Precision Laser Tattoo Removal. It was natural to add laser skin care services shortly after that.

Debra is an accomplished public speaker and teaches courses on laser as well as pain management, nutrition, menopause and other health and beauty issues. She is a member of NAALT (The North America Association of Laser Therapists) and NGH (The National Guild of Hypnotherapists).

Debra Taylor is also a licensed wedding officiant in Ontario with All Seasons Weddings. In her spare time she loves performing weddings, vow renewals, naming ceremonies and more!
